Sections and the Next up box
Sections are yours to name and reorder (see below) — put whatever grouping makes sense to you. The "Next up" box above them is separate: it pulls your most recently captured urgent / due-soon items from across every section, newest first, capped at 7 — it's a curated view, not a real section, and dismissing something there never touches its actual home section.
Coloured badges
The small coloured circle on a task shows who added it — always the same colour for the same person, across every dooo app. Useful the moment more than one person shares a list: you can tell your own tasks from everyone else's at a glance.
It syncs live
Changes reach every signed-in device automatically, usually within a couple of seconds. If something looks stale, pull to refresh or reopen the app.
Tags
Tap a task to add tags like "urgent" or "low" — "urgent" is what feeds the Next up box alongside due date. Items sent over from pre-dooo arrive tagged "pre-dooo →" automatically.
